Interview With Switched at Birth?s Sean Berdy

There are many reasons to watch the ABC Family show Switched at Birth. It is an amazing show that brings the deaf and hearing communities together, plus it has cast full of super talented people. One of my favorite actors on the show is Sean Berdy, who plays Emmett Bledsoe and the other day I was lucky enough to get to interview him. Hunky Sean Berdy is making a name for himself on Switched at Birth. His character Emmett has a James Dean quality about him that is making fans all over fall in love with both Sean and his alter ego. Recently I was fortunate enough to participate in a Q&A interview session with Berdy, along with his interpreter. I tell you he is just as awesome in real life as he is on screen. Sean was so open during the interview talking about everything from being deaf, to his acting, to his love of the drums to finally what the show means it him. He revealed that he is honored to be part of a show that so uniquely shows not only the hearing and deaf community intertwined but also shows authentic deaf characters and their perspectives.
